Our 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty transmission went out. I desperately need this truck for our Cow Cuddling operation in Monee Illinois. Wally the owner reached out to us and we had the truck towed there. I know its a ride from Monee to Naperville. But let me tell you it was definitely worth it. With our truck, Dupage transmission shop knew our needs and it was a quick turnaround. Our truck shifts like a Orchestra playing a love song ! Thank you Wally and all the guys there. I recently experienced something nearly every car owner dreads. Without warning, my car's transmission suddenly started slipping badly, losing power, unpredictably changing gears, sluggishly responding to the throttle and gearshift lever, and upshifting violently. The day finally came when my 2007 Hummer H3’s 4L60e transmission failed at 180,000 miles and needed a rebuild. The quote I received for them to rebuild it there, at their shop, was the best quote that I had received. I also had them replace the transmission lines, a bad u-joint, and the radiator, which was found to be leaking. No one likes expensive car repair bills but I think they were very fair with me and everything was fixed quickly and done the right way. I picked up my truck and it rides great! The transmission hasn’t shifted this smooth in a very long time. Makes it a pleasure to drive again. Well worth the cost of repairs to get my H3 back on the road for the winter. And the rebuilt transmission came with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. I highly recommend DuPage Transmission and will be sending them more work in the future.
